Solar power in two production units: one powers our dairy operations — milking and cooling equipment — and the other supplies energy for our entire coffee processing line: pulping, washing, drying, and more.

Water stewardship: we protect our water sources by reusing water from our various processes.

Forest and carbon programs: we maintain 350 hectares of natural pine, oak and cypress forests, enrolled in environmental protection and carbon credit programs — the largest private reserve in the region — with active CO₂ capture initiatives.

Coffee production is our main activity: 150 hectares planted with 12 coffee varieties, cultivated using responsible and environmentally friendly practices. Our apiary plays an essential role in pollinating the coffee plantations while producing natural honey as part of our sustainable model.
