Located in the San Jerónimo Valley, Baja Verapaz, San Lorenzo is part of a region with deep historical and agricultural richness. Between 1549 and 1560, Dominican friars founded the Hacienda and the first sugar mill in this territory, considered the first mill to produce brown sugar and liquor in Central America.

Thanks to the fertility of its valley, the farm has developed in an environment of broad productive diversity, where crops such as vegetables, ornamental plants, coffee, and avocado coexist.

Today, San Lorenzo focuses on producing high-quality commercial coffee. To achieve this, it has a drip irrigation system that optimizes resource use and maximizes productivity per area. The farm has 20 hectares planted with coffee, including varieties such as Catiguá, Castillo, and Marsellesa, recognized for their excellent cup quality.

Over time, San Lorenzo has also diversified its agricultural activity with sugarcane, tomato, and pineapple plantations, reflecting the productive vocation of the region.
