San Guayaba and Río Arriba are two annexes of Finca El Socorro, located in Palencia. Both farms are managed as a single productive unit, sharing administration, coffee processing facilities, and comprehensive agronomic management.

Río Arriba stands out for its commitment to environmental conservation: 95% of its territory consists of natural forests enrolled in conservation and carbon credit programs. The remaining 5% is dedicated to coffee cultivation. In addition, it has areas used to produce corn and vegetables.
